Vintage stiffel tension pole lamp mid century modern. Cool vintage mid century modern stiffel tension pole lamp, fresh from a local estate. This great lamp has three white metal cone shades with brass accents and white painted wood finials attached to a brass and wood metal pole. As you can see frmo the photos, the bottom lamp has popped off of the knob that holds it the previous owner had it taped up in place.
I could not get it to pop back on with my bare hands might be a simple fix if you know what you're doing (i don't, so i will leave it be for the next owner), but is being offered as is. All of the lights test in working condition, and all three shades have their black plastic snap-in diffusers.
Lamp shows a few scuffs and scratches from use a few dings on the bottom shade, some paint wear on a couple of the finials but nothing too bad no major damage. aEch shade measures approximately 10 ½ long and 4 ½ across opening. Pole measures approximately 94 logn overall it has a short throw spring inside that holds it to ceiling.
Top of pole has two brass pieces, one which cna be removed for shorter ceilings should fit ceiling heights between 83 (just under 7 feet) and 94 (just over 7 ½ feet).
